Shipping policy
After you confirm your order, it will be immediately sent to our shipping team for processing. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress. You can track your shipment on our Tracking Page.
Free International Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary international shipping with each purchase.
Current Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
Standard Shipping Delivery Time:
- US and Canada: 5-8 business days
- UK and Mainland Europe: 5-8 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 4-7 business days
- Other countries: 8-12 business days
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email notification containing a tracking number once your order is shipped. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you don't receive your tracking details within 2 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@zenocase.com with your name and order number. We’ll swiftly address your concerns.
Missing items
If your package is missing items, please contact us immediately at support@zenocase.com. Occasionally, orders are shipped in multiple parcels. If we discover that your order was incorrectly fulfilled, we will ship out the correct items with express international shipping to make things right.
Important to Note
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate as we cannot modify the shipping details once your order is ready for shipment. If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a correction.
If you need to update the delivery address after placing your order, send us an email promptly with your order number and the updated address. We’ll take care of it for you.

Please note that if your order is flagged for review due to suspected fraud, there could be a delay in delivery, or the order may be cancelled.
